New Road Service Station required a reliable, high-quality CCTV system to protect their premises, monitor day-to-day activity, and provide staff and customers with greater peace of mind. The goal was to install a system that offered clear coverage across key areas of the forecourt and building, both during the day and at night.

Our Solution

After a site survey and consultation, our team designed and installed a Dahua CCTV solution tailored to the service station’s requirements.

Equipment Installed:

Dahua Network Video Recorder (NVR)

A 16-channel NVR capable of handling multiple high-definition cameras, ensuring reliable recording and playback.

Fixed Turret Network Cameras

We installed a fixed turret for general coverage across the site, offering crisp, high-resolution images with wide-angle visibility.

Smart Dual Light Network Cameras

These cameras combine infrared and white light technology to deliver clear footage in low-light conditions while acting as an additional visual deterrent.

The system was configured to allow easy playback and live monitoring, giving staff the ability to quickly review footage when required.

By installing a Dahua NVR with two network cameras, Croxley Alarm Systems delivered a bespoke CCTV solution that strengthened the security of New Road Service Station, provided operational benefits, and ensured peace of mind for both staff and customers.
