You have 2x free guard call outs per calendar year. If you use both of your free call outs before the end of the year, you can purchase additional call outs on a individual basis.

What is the Pyronix Guard Response service?
The Pyronix Guard Response service is an on-demand, subscription-based service that allows you to dispatch a professional, SIA-approved security guard to your property directly from your HomeControl2.0 app when your alarm is triggered. It is designed to provide a physical response to an alarm activation when you are unable to attend to it yourself.
How does the service work?
When your Pyronix alarm system activates, you will receive a push notification on your HomeControl2.0 app. Through the app, you will have the option to dispatch a security guard. The guard is dispatched from the nearest available partner and aims to arrive at your property within 30 minutes. The guard will then carry out a perimeter check and send you a detailed report with notes and photos via the app.
What does the guard do if they find a confirmed break-in?
If the guard confirms a break-in, they will contact both you and the police immediately. The guard can then secure the property and, for an additional charge, remain on-site until a keyholder or the police arrive.
Is the service available 24/7?
Yes, the Pyronix Guard Response service provides 24/7, 365-day-a-year coverage.
How do I get the Pyronix Guard Response service?
This is a subscription service that is set up and managed by your security installer. It can be added to both new and existing Pyronix alarm systems that are compatible with the HomeControl2.0 app. You should contact your installer to find out more and to add the service to your system.
