The engineer (Darren) arrived promptly and dealt with the annual servicing requirements efficiently. He was informative, patient and friendly when answering my questions. I used the services of Croxley Alarm systems in my previous house in Chorleywood and have continued to do so in my present house for many years. I have always been impressed with the reliability and ease of communication. The reports and invoices, now dispatched via email, which is very helpful, contain comprehensive detail. The advice Darren gave about keeping my current log of visits for future use eg if selling the house was very valuable.

We have just had our new alarm system fitted by Croxley Alarms. Replacing our old system from another company. The surveyor two weeks ago and the fitter this morning were polite, prompt and meticulous. Very reasonable priced including a few upgrades from the previous system. We now have a very simple but efficient Alarm system with good security and the reassurance that goes with it. Quality company, highly recommended….

Easy and informative
We had a 2 camera system installed at our home on 25 July 2022. The engineer arrived exactly at the booked time. The installation was completed with no fuss. Everything was fully explained to us, playback options were installed on 2 mobile phones and 2 laptops. The engineer was very professional, clean and polite.

Great product and service
We have had a Croxley Alarm security system in our house for over 10 years now. The system is brilliant and the staff are always courteous and helpful whenever you call. I just had a minor issue with the system recently and they sent out an engineer on the same day to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic efficient service
We have been with Croxley Alarms for over 35 years when we were first introduced to Dave Gristwood, the founder. He has fantastic principles one of which is providing efficient service which has enabled him to build a great business. These principles have been carried on by the next generation.
We recently had an upgrade of our alarm system and the whole process from assessment to installment was so smooth with no hassles.
We have always had great service from Croxley and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Highly Recommend Croxley Alarms
We have had to call Croxley Alarms about a fault and that was preventing us switching the alarm on, the Engineer was with us with two hours of us making the call. . The Engineer was professional and efficient. He explained what the issue was and what the work would involve together with the cost. Cannot fault the customer service provided by Croxley Alarms and totally recommend them.

Have had one of their house alarm for many years. They are a great company to deal with - always professional, contactable and efficient. I have an old alarm that does the job - they have never tried to push me to upgrade. They just service it once a year and will come out in between if needed - which has only happened once in 19 years. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I've had a wired Croxley Alarm system in place for several years now and am perfectly happy with it and the service provided. We have had an issue with a faulty component, which caused a false alarm, but this was quickly resolved. When things go wrong you want someone to react quickly and Croxley Alarms do.
